Continue to try to log in, no luck. Went to the bank dismorning. In person had them call treasury department. We set everything up again. Still doesn't work. I enjoy banking with the people as they are always helpful. Your apps. Are completely trash. Please don't push your customers to apps if you can support the apps. Just stay old-fashioned it's OK. Some things are better the old-fashioned way... pop, ice cream, salt water taffy, wine. Just be the wine of the banks.

Not user-friendly This app is crap it won't let me sign in I even took my phone to my bank to my banker to see if he could get it to work and no one at the bank knew how to get it to sign on. Not user-friendly at all.

App is fundamentally broken. They had a message on the old app saying it would be moved to a new app on the 18th... win trust decides to shut the old app down on the 15th (friday)... logging in here appears to work until you are prompted for a company code which you won't know... what a joke of an IT department and an establishment as a whole. I'd recommend avoiding win trust and community banks in Chicagoan, they are always having some issue probably caused by poor planning. What a joke.
