It took almost 2 years, but I have to admit I recently learned that it wasn't the app that was bad on my phone. It turns out that when I used the Smart Switch app from ATT, it changed my phone from the Note 9 to the Note 5 that I transferred my photos and texts from. Once the Note 5 was no longer supported, the app stopped working because it saw my phone as a 5 and not the 9 it was. After doing a factory reset, I'm back to using both apps, IBB and Community Banking and I couldn't be happier
