What a useless and unhelpful app. First IBX gives me the wrong PCP on my insurance card, but then they don't even let me fix it. Plus, have a chat or email feature, no one wants to call anyone.

Won't let me log in. Each time I try the app closes. I tried deleting the app and restarting...no good.
