New version and it's good, but for me, I would like to suggest some enhancement when it comes to speed and additional features.

The Worst HMO Provider in PH, for reimbursement it takes 1 to 2 months before they settle your reimbursement. In addition, this is the only HMO Provider who only cover Php 600 per consultation (you need to shell out additional amount if your consultation go beyond Php 600). Even their LOA request or customer support is a total nightmare and some of its agent will put you on-hold for 20 to 30 minutes (sometimes they will simply hang up your call without warning as call avoidance.

Unable to log in my account, tried to contact their customer service and its always got disconnected and not receiving any callback from them! Bring back icare at doctor anywhere!

Your app does not want to work properly, and I can't even request anything since there is a need to upload images but the button does not work! Why create a very useless app for a useless HMO?!?
