NEVER use ICBC for anything. Everything is absolutely horrible. Use Bank of China instead. Im trying to use online banking but I can't because it only accepts credit card number and not a debit card. I don't have a credit card with icbc only have a debit card so how can I use online banking? I can't. Horrible as always icbc, completely useless

This app is awful. Never available in English as stated. So I go back and forth between Google Translate screens and by the time I do...It's timed out! ALSO, NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN AN ICBC BRANCH KNOWS ANYTHING. I mean I thought coming to China that at Least the money would be easy... Nope! I need to send a Moneygram. Well, not every branch offers this service.noone could seem to tell me what branch could!! And this was with a Local with me for translation.so No excuse!

This is not working for a Chinese account. and the working chinese app is not in English. Nice one ICBC, on my way now to cancel the account.
