Followed instructions to activate new ICE Clear card online first following replacement of previous Travel card, then Android app worked first time. Early problems reported may be due to delayed roll out on December 18. Will review again after next trip abroad.

Unable to top up via the app. Tried numerous occasions over past 2 weeks. Even uninstalled and reloaded app 3 times. Rang customer services. They haven't rung me back. Time to change to a different card may be?

Clear as mud! Withdrawing Euros, from a Euro card, in a Euro country took 12% in additional costs! Customer service appears to be offshore and people reading from scripts.

Worked well initially but there seems to have been an update and now when I try to top up the app says it's an invalid card number. It's the same card I've been using to top up for the last 12 months! Uninstalled, reinstalled, tried different cards but the same issue. Customer services are hopeless, it's an overseas call center, and they follow a script and offered no help whatsoever. I'm still waiting for a call back promised last week. Quite frankly it's not fit for purpose if you can't use it

Does not work at all. Come on ICE you know that you can do much better than this. Glad I am not overseas at the moment. No ICE card that works and no acess to any funds (because old card now made invalid) As far as I can see; you have got a lump of my funds locked in an account that I can't access from anywhere in the world. BAD. Get it sorted...FAST
