Super easy to transfer in existing camera sets. Amazingly fast live views and getting camera playback direct from live view while keeping live view as PIP is awesome. Best security cam app out there IMHO.

I am a professional installer. We use this for ourselves and customers. It works great and does the job with little or no issues

Too difficult to get logged in when you get logged out it's a whole nightmare to get logged back in again

Samsung won't regularly connect to cameras, common problem it seems. More than just me. System is more for recording and retroactive review, not sensing, alerts and proactive viewing.

Needs work Playback always freezes and resets whenever it gets to the part you want to look at its crazy every time and many times in a row. Most of the time I just get tired to trying to view it and give up. Next issue live views faults out alot when you first open the app. The app also liks to lag. Yes I have cleared the catch. Yes I have uninstalled as reinstalled. Yes it's the only device viewing the camera. It's not an issue on this end. The prior app before this one worked. First day sucked

This app is always glitching. Same thing with the updated desktop version. The old version was significantly better

Device is online but live feed on Android app keeps having problems loading. This is a major problem because I get notifications that someone is on the property when I'm not there, but I keep getting errors and can't view the cameras remotely
