Used it to renew my books. Worked very well for this task. Real simple to use for people that aren't to tech-savvy. Haven't used any of the other features yet. Just for the fact i don't have to go to the library makes it a very useful app. Soon will try the book search feature. Thank you.

Takes forever to load each page and not very user-friendly - can't renew all books at one go, doesn't show the books on loan after renewing books, and just tries the user's patience. Please correct these glitches and make it user-friendly.

App doesn't work at all, get a message saying unable to connect to server. Has been like this for a couple of months and still not fixed

It was working fine when I first installed it. Logged in with my temporary library credentials and could search for books. The next day we went to get our physical membership card and place a few reservations. I checked back on the app from home, and it didn't update (works fine on my iPad). I logged out and tried to log back in, but it kept throwing me out with invalid credentials. I reinstalled the app and since then I can't even load the app, it says I don't have an internet connection...

Every time one of my reservations is ready for pickup I get signed out of the app. It's quite annoying. I have my children's cards linked to mine in the app but when I get signed out they get signed out too, and I need to sign us all in again one after another. It's a new bug. Only been happening for maybe two weeks or so. Before then the all was perfect. Only giving it one star to get attention and hopefully get the bug fixed. The app really deserves 5 stars. I love it otherwise
