This was free for me because Experian had a data breach. I got an email due to additional hackling my account has been extended for 6 months. But every time I try to log on they are asking me questions that don't pertain to me. And then locking me out for 72 hours. What's up with that???? I have read others opinions and due to that im saying goodbye

App just takes you in circles with alerts. Can't see details of the alert in the app.it just tells you to log in to the app to view details and puts you back at login.

The old app was 100x better. Everything you could do on a web browser you used to be able to do on the app which included looking at your credit score. Now all you get access to are alerts and basically a settings bar that gives you access to account info (not actual identity guard features). My only guess as to why they changed the app was to save money. I can't imagine anyone at the company actually thinks this app is better than the old version. I mean look at all the reviews now...

Limited functionality. For the price, it's terrible. For example, you can't see the details of an alert from the app, it asks you to log in to the website. Why???
