The security of my accounts so far seems to be working fine. When I set limits to my account life lock within 48 hours let me know when these are violated, however, logging in to life lock to set these limits or to even answer the alerts of violations to your settings can be like sleeping through a nightmare. You know all of your setup options, you even have them setup in your password security app, and it still can take many hours to logging to your account. This is completely unacceptable.

Not the best app to work with...constant trouble with it....won't allow you to chat with them...constant spinning circle when you press chat with us...they refuse to tell you when your subscription ends, so they can just bill you without you knowing trying to trap you...I try to change settings and it won't allow it and says you have to call them. Bad app experience...app won't even open half the time...spinning circle saying loading for 5 min ...don't waste your money
