This is Elizabeth Chapman, I have had my info put on the dark web 2 or3 times. Norton didn't do anything for me. I lost $100.00 on one of their apps. I over paid for an app, and Norton told me I would get my money back from Google. I tried and tried to get it from Google, and they kept telling me that they don't owe me anything. I have had Norton a LONG TIME. BEFORE we had cell phones.

No longer works. I get a text and email about financial activity or an alert. If I try to open it with the app, the app says it's having trouble and to refresh. Then the alert goes away in the app as if there are no alerts. I gave to go to the web page and sign in to acknowledge the alert. Kind of a useless pointless app if you can only use it to see you are a member.

won't let me log in to my account, tried so many times. I can log in to the same account on my web browser with the same password. Broke POS app.

Update, 09/06/2026 From bad to worse... This is how bad application kills business. And service also is not the same. Transaction notifications sent months later. 2022. This new app sx! It locks account all the time, and it is not user-friendly. How can you use this app in case of issues if the app itself is an issue. Nothing was wrong with the old one.
