I feel comfortable with my identity while using Norton Security Software and if my identity has been taken, or used for doing wrong, I am insured for up to $1,000,000.00 USD and Norton will help restore my credit score... if my identity is stolen, my credit score will be restored, my top-secret data, if someone or an AI uses my identity data and does damage to my credit score and takes out another loan, Norton will personally take charge of restoring my credit scores and protect me from harm!!!

This is Elizabeth Chapman, I have had my info put on the dark web 2 or3 times. Norton didn't do anything for me. I lost $100.00 on one of their apps. I over paid for an app, and Norton told me I would get my money back from Google. I tried and tried to get it from Google, and they kept telling me that they don't owe me anything. I have had Norton a LONG TIME. BEFORE we had cell phones.

I like this app for monitoring my credit and identity. It seems to work in the background, and isn't an intrusive app. Alerts are timely and easily handled. I feel more at ease about my financial well-being and keeping my identity protected thanks to this app and Life Lock🔐.

Not the best app to work with...constant trouble with it....won't allow you to chat with them...constant spinning circle when you press chat with us...they refuse to tell you when your subscription ends, so they can just bill you without you knowing trying to trap you...I try to change settings and it won't allow it and says you have to call them. Bad app experience...app won't even open half the time...spinning circle saying loading for 5 min ...don't waste your money

Update, 09/06/2026 From bad to worse... This is how bad application kills business. And service also is not the same. Transaction notifications sent months later. 2022. This new app sx! It locks account all the time, and it is not user-friendly. How can you use this app in case of issues if the app itself is an issue. Nothing was wrong with the old one.
