When I try to open my Norton Private Browser I am asked for a passcode. I do not know the code. I deleted the Norton Anti Track app, but I am still being asked for the passkey.

This is a worst app just slowing my internet. A waste of money. I never get my money back while the app was delisted from play store in 2025

I was a Customer for 6 years, then I canceled today. Leveraging their Antitrack tools, which barely worked. 1. Go to legit websites (like Kroger) the antitrack browser would never load the webpage, even after setting up the correct features and settings. 2. You were still being tracked, you have to tell the app to delete the tracks instead of the app just doing that for you on your behalf automatically. 3. Request your personal information be scrubbed, the report was misleading & incorrect.
