Always changing my location makes it hard for hackers to hone in on your account. In this world it's become necessary to protect yourself. I've been hacked twice in the last year, and it's scary how much of your personal information they can get these days. I've never used online banking so my bank account is not online but on the first hack I had $8,000 stolen from my account before I was aware of the hack and shut my bank account off! Never Again with Norton Security n VPN Service!! The Best!!

Downloaded the Norton VPN on my Fire stick. Opened the app and used the displayed QR to pair it to my account, but my phone showed it failed, even after multiple tries. Beyond frustrating! UPDATE: Originally gave 1 star, but changed to 5 because Norton fixed it by prompting for your user ID, followed by entering an email verification code. Plus, I have a double authentication (2FA) layer set up in my account. It now works on my Fire stick. Thanks, Norton.

Bad experience subscription is monthly but direct charge my acct for yearly subscription. After access and found out country is limited. Is totally not reasonable! And can't even cancel

I have connected to 12 different VPN servers today. I have run a speed test on all of them because every single one has been so painfully slow I can't watch a simple video. Every single location measured at less than 0.38 mbps. ALL OF THEM. I tested this on my laptop and my phone. When I disconnect and run the speed test with no vpn, miraculously my internet is working perfectly on both devices. Needless to say I will be canceling my subscription immediately.

This app has done nothing, and they keep wanting me to add on additional things each costing more money. The pop-up ads, alerts of someone else hooked to my account, someone accesses ing all of my passwords, banking info, etc. I can't afford this. I am a 79 yr old senior living on social security
