It's all working well again after a blip. Clearer instructions would be welcome. Eg, how/why to split tunnel, the need to locate local network to cast from Android etc. It all takes a while to set up and when the app gets reset with a reinstallation (after a rare crash) it's a learning curve/frustration to remember how to set it up.

I first bought NordVPN in 2019. This is one of the best apps you can have. Security and privacy are so important. Great app and hard-earned money well spent.

Total scum. The VPN is not even usable due to websites regularly detecting it. Because of this I cancelled my service when I got the reminder email more than a month ago. For some reason this cancellation didn't stick so literally within minutes of being charged a renewal I contacted customer service who informed me I can't be refunded because I cancelled after the renewal. I get that errors happen, but they refuse to budge and have effectively stolen $200 from me.

They actually had the nerve to respond to my last review and pathetically lie about not collecting personal data when you can easily scroll down to where it says data safty and clearly see that Google play says that's what they are doing. This clearly shows stupid people work for NordVPN because they just proved my point and insulted their own intelligence. Check my review edits to see last review. For a safe VPN try Secure VPN or Thunder VPN by Signal Lab instead.

I see these commercials of nord vpn, and I was wanting to download this because it is fast and safe, but you have to pay for the VPN.
