After making an NFC payment, I receive a payment notification from Idram on my phone. Currently, marking this notification as read requires several steps: - Open the Idram app. - Authenticate. - Navigate to the Notifications tab. - Find and open the payment notification. Proposed improvement Add a “Mark as Read” action directly to the push notification. This would allow users to acknowledge a notification without opening and authenticating in the app.

App crashes after latest update on Android 16, stock Pixel 6 Update: check Settings -> Accessibility -> Downloaded apps Make sure all apps were downloaded from Google Play Delete all mods and app will work. I assume this was made to protect customers. IMO, idram app developers should state it instead if crash immediately on start.

The single most unintuitive app on the store. Frequently needed buttons are tiny, ads are huge. Everything loads slow as hell. Doesn't allow to screenshot or copy anything in the app for whatever reason. Logs me out and labels my phone as unrecognized device even though I've been using it with the same account on the same phone for more than 3 years. The 2FA code sent to my email doesn't work either, the functionality is broken. Requires me to update the app, so I can use it, but there is no update

Doesn't open after the last update due to the accessibility application installed on the device. Your security "reasons" is a joke, not all the accessibility applications are bad, some of them are screen readers for people who can't see with their eyes, or just even call recorders which don't even interfere with banking apps!

The last update is broken, the app crashes when I open it, rebooting, clearing data and reinstalling don't help. Update: turns out, it's a feature, and I was supposed to turn off accessibility permission on all my other apps for idram to work. This is an unacceptable way to do anti-fraud, the app can't decide what other apps I use and how I do it.

You can't pay with id coin everywhere when you pay with QR there's never an option to pay with Id coin, so called id coin is a scam you only get points, but you can't ever use it.
