I thought it was like every other identity theft software, but I was amazed at how much it protected me against social media hacking, and my emails. I am always posting, linking pages of my info and connecting myself in the social Media arena. The app is fine. Beware of helping others sign up with your payment. My card was charged for a renewal on an account I help sign up, but never authorized for future charges. I have been told I need the person on the account to change their payment method, but this person is unavailable to do so. I have been back and forth with ID SEAL and my bank to no avail. No one will help me, but they certainly will take my money. Canceling this service. There are at least 20 other services to choose.

I am unable to change my password. After entering and reentering the new password I don't get a confirmation screen about the change. And the app will not accept my new entry.
