Worst insurance service is iffco Tokyo. Even with renewal, the sales team won't call. What kind of company is this? Where other insurance companies, calls after visiting their website

Seriously stupid process.I couldn't renew insurance a car insurance from it as the policy was for a new vehicle, and then I got the registration number 4 5 days after purchase and now they neva updated it .ok but now when I wanna renue they need 100 documents. Lucky me I neva got into an accident so neva had to claim...but other apps know my policy better than this stupid company better as they had my policy Hyundai had it after updating my registration number, but they didn't.better stay away
