This updated version is very good and user-friendly. Self billing is excellent, but, it appears their agents do not get that information. Some of them keep insisting on to record the meter reading again. This app should issue report of meter reading submission. So that the same can be shown to the respective agent. May 5 '26 App is misbehaving even after updates. Someone else is showing bill amount but not IGL app. Utterly confused!

Self billing not working. When you click submit button, nothing happens. Earlier it was fine. But since last one month or so, this bug is giving a headache. Cannot generate bill.

Horrible App, Not working!!! Is unable even give basic information as to why the new user submit button is not working. Can't even login with OTP either. How will I submit the meter reading. Looks the developers are interns who have no idea of Best practices and Industry UI/UX Standards
