This updated version is very good and user-friendly. Self billing is excellent, but, it appears their agents do not get that information. Some of them keep insisting on to record the meter reading again. This app should issue report of meter reading submission. So that the same can be shown to the respective agent. May 5 '26 App is misbehaving even after updates. Someone else is showing bill amount but not IGL app. Utterly confused!

Totally hopeless app. Not working properly. It is showing domestic connection as not domestic, so no way to self generate bill

Igl app is totally useless. While login, an error message has been displayed like something went wrong please try letter. I am not able to see any feature like, bill, self reading and complaint if any.

The app is crashing and not proceeding to otp generation. It is not logging in with password either. Unable to do Self billing
