Timely delivery is very rare. You've to book at least one month back, if you have to get a product delivered for any special occasions. Even after delivering you've to keep on calling and sending them mails, so that the item is 'moving' in the given tracking link. And decades later the product finally reaches. I had a very disappointing experience, even from the part of customer services. They are also unsure about the status of the order. The tracking link is giving us some other data.

I have ordered cake for 18th Feb' 23. I called center twice they said it will be delivered by 9pm than in second call at 9:30pm they said it will be delivered by 10:00pm, but unfortunately I haven't received. This is so unprofessional and fake promises from their side while calling at 10:52pm auto message was by call center that our timing is from 9am to 7pm. While calling next day they said they can't deliver the cake. It was my son's birthday and I have ordered piñata football cake.
