App/system can't recognize when the balance is almost empty and keep charging until we have arrear. I also feel that the pricing is not clear because there are few times that I charge my car and still have a balance, but suddenly it's stop and I got arrear. Please just fix it!

Used to be great. Apparently good things don't last. Money hungry company that absolutely give no damn about their regular customers. I have been using this charger for over a year. My condo has a charging spot which I leave to charge overnight as we don't have many EVs and everybody usually takes turns to charge it overnight. all of a sudden they chose to charge me an overstay fee of about 800 baht deducting the amount that I had topped up previously without any prior notice of the changes at all
