Easy to set up the first time and create your initial list of laundry items and services that you need. Then select a pick-up and delivery time. 24 hrs later, clean laundry done just as I specified was returned. No waiting for days and finding out that the cleaning service forgot to return an item or returned the wrong items.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service and so massively overpriced. Their fee structure allows them to rip their customers off. Don't use. You'd be better off buying your own dryer than wasting so much money sending out to them.

I used chaperoning to launder a load of laundry because my washing machine is broken. They have listed on their website and app, a service called "service wash" for basic wash, dry and fold. However, when you schedule a pickup for your laundry, there is no option to choose the service that you want. I messaged the company, and they just said, don't worry, we'll take care of it. Well, they charged me £80 for my load of laundry. I emailed them to request they fix this, but they have refused.
