Customer Service does not exist! If you have small business and really on the income. Do nor use this company! The devices often don't connect or freeze. If you also need to make any changes to your profile you will not succeed in 2 or 3 weeks. They make you run around, you think you have supplied all the details then they pull out another form or something that must be completed in Pen...Also, n Biz without a Biz bank account is seen as sole trader. If you have more than 1 shop/stall. Good luck.

No Support at all... I wanted to operate and spoke to an agent on the phone and sent mails as requested from agent and thy just left me without Conection no Support at all.

The app works good. The only problem is that it is day 9 and the transaction doesn't show in my bank account yet. I've made a test transaction from my other bank account to see how it works. The money is off from the other account but not in by my account connected to this app. 9 days. So if you are in a rush for your money, don't go this way.
