The App is simple to use and is always updated with the Ikhokha flyer card machine. I would like for the prepaid print-out to have visible details the current has small font please increase the Font on the prepaid voucher numbers

I purchased the Ikhokha mover about 2 years ago and now It's no longer supported. I literally just have a machine that's no use and I paid decent money for it. I am very disappointed. I wonder how longer before these other machines will no longer be supported, and then you have to buy another machine!!! Again.

Not very user-friendly, unable to name different machines for different locations. Unable to find the refund feature. Unable to find the staff switch feature. Unable to filter between cash and card sales.

Customer Service does not exist! If you have small business and really on the income. Do nor use this company! The devices often don't connect or freeze. If you also need to make any changes to your profile you will not succeed in 2 or 3 weeks. They make you run around, you think you have supplied all the details then they pull out another form or something that must be completed in Pen...Also, n Biz without a Biz bank account is seen as sole trader. If you have more than 1 shop/stall. Good luck.
