I have thoroughly enjoyed my dining experiences at IL Fernão Restaurant in Woodland Hills since 2025. The app however has been glitchy. The most recent update helped in making reservations, but should list the fact that you can't make a reservation until after 12 Noon when restaurant and apps are open and working! Please focus on improving the app functionality. The actual restaurant experience is great!

Love the restaurant don't like the app. When I try to add a caller to the current call (Samsung Galaxy S7) this application launches instead. There are other occasions when this application launches without me activating it. I go to the restaurant often enough to say this app is a nuisance, and I will probably delete it and use the website. PLEASE fix this application

Just downloaded the latest update. Crashes every single time I try to look
at my activity to see if I've been credited for recent visits. Logged out
and logged in, restarted the app, nothing helps.

Crashes every time I dare to click on Begin Your Journey on Passport. You guys need an immediate bug fix update on this app. Moto Z Play. I should NOT be seeing "Il Fornaio has stopped. Close App, Send Feedback." when I click on Begin Your Journey on the Il Fornaio app on my Moto Z Play smartphone. I need this fixed, so I can claim the stamp or whatever it's called for ordering from the Passport menu.
