Customer satisfaction is not always considered. Bank regulation focus too much on technology and do not always support customer on time when needed

Tried to open an account with ila, did not even accept the email ID. this is my 3 third time in like 4 years till date am not able to open my account. Not sure how the bank operates if it even operates.

I came, and I called them many times, and they answered it with different agent but still they hard to fix my account. My landline call is finished to call them back 🥲. (Because I'm expat? )
