Latest update makes the app fails to operate. Answering your response: I don't use Twitter, and what's to show when it's only blank white background before login page? Updated situation: already able to access the login page although some rolling images are broken. Fast problem-solving, hopefully it will at least stay that way. Imagine you need to use that app but only staring at white screen for ages. Thanks!

Lol, after being updated, the apps just went blank and could not proceed to log in section. What a mess since it was happened multiple times until today 👎🏻

Registration process is convoluted (involving facial recognition using our own selfie camera & banning developer option), demanding trips to ATM and/or local branch; and only works on BCA's active hours. QRIS scanning is inconsistent on certain devices (like the Exynos Galaxy S21) for no reason. "Something is wrong" may occasionally pop up during login, preventing login for no reason when that happens (even on reliable internet). All in all, BCA proved why QRIS is under baked.

Not even functional, always asking my location and asking to reset password while the password reset process are very cumbersome compared to other banking apps
