Update broke the app. Today no qris or transfer transactions can be made. When I log in and try to see my balance it says "Balance will be available shortly". Tried to log into halobca to make a report since today's Saturday. The halobca app kept making me send verification SMS-es, and it already made me send 3, and I still can't log into halobca app to report the troubles with my mybca app. When I tried to call the cust service through that button in mybca it kept telling me to call again later.

Registration process is convoluted, demanding trips to ATM and/or local branch. E-Banking registration (especially at the ATM) is unreliable, basically only working during BCA's active hours. QRIS scanning doesn't work nowadays for no reason.

Biometric error! It was happened suddenly that I can't use the biometric feature on my Xiaomi phone, already tried reinstalling the app but this specific app did not want to let me logged in with biometric, other apps works just normally with biometric, the hell should I do to fix this?
