My number got blocked, and I can't even process it. Now my money is in that bank account, and it's trapped.

There is a bug with the biometric authentication feature. After enabling biometrics, when I exit the app and open it again, the biometric settings are no longer active or appear to have been reset. As a result, I have to enter my password every time I log back into the app. Please investigate and fix this issue so that the biometric settings remain enabled after the user exits and reopens the app.

Registration process is convoluted (involving facial recognition using our own selfie camera & banning developer option), demanding trips to ATM and/or local branch; and only works on BCA's active hours. QRIS scanning is inconsistent on certain devices (like the Exynos Galaxy S21) for no reason. "Something is wrong" may occasionally pop up during login, preventing login for no reason when that happens (even on reliable internet). All in all, BCA proved why QRIS is under baked.
