Annoying keep asking to send sms to activate account. Whilst my account already active. N after that always ask my atm number than error popup always shows. Cannot log in forever.

Worst services. I had been calling for over 55 mins, yet no one served me yet over the phone via this Halo BCA. How long for another hour I have to wait from your online CS answering my phone call? Waiting another 5 hours? Another 1 day? That way looks like BCA disrupts my work activities. Please improve your online Customer Service. Please decentralize your Card Center in each city for making life much easier, means provide a Card Center in Surabaya, Semarang and many more cities. Thank you.
