Last 2 months whenever i log in, I cannot check my account. It says no account is related/connected to my user ID.

The banking experience is good until there are issues, and then you get tossed between customer service staff. The call center says they have no information about the email, while the email team only sends template replies — it feels more like a spam center than a customer service center. My issue was never escalated to the right internal team and just stayed stuck at customer service. At this point, it seems better to close all my accounts and credit services than to keep getting tossed around.

Can't do much except in idr... even online from website during weekend can't transfer usd to idr unless working days... that's not convenient on top of that their cc don't always works... unless

Cant open my city of tmrw so I can't take my money. Solution given by live chat doesn't work. My money stuck here
