Worse app. Can't recognize my face. Also on other phones. I updated my face masks times at the branch. Branch does not help. Can't maker transfers anymore. Worse bank ever

Face recognition for changing daily limit doesn't work. I have tried in perfect lighting, distance and angle, and it keeps saying "Put your face in the frame".

The credit card promotion registration process is unnecessarily complicated. Users must repeatedly navigate back to the registration page after viewing promotion details, and they are also required to manually enter their card number each time. This becomes especially inconvenient for customers with multiple cards. The system should be improved to provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
