Why can't supplementary card pay for their own bills? Other banks still let supplementary cardholders pay for their own card bills. This is an application level missing function. It's not a customer service problem.

Worse app. Can't recognize my face. Also on other phones. I updated my face masks times at the branch. Branch does not help. Can't maker transfers anymore. Worse bank ever

The credit card promotion registration process is unnecessarily complicated. Users must repeatedly navigate back to the registration page after viewing promotion details, and they are also required to manually enter their card number each time. This becomes especially inconvenient for customers with multiple cards. The system should be improved to provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
