Horriblely slow. won't load otp always hang and need to key use the other method. Your develop need to be replaced

The worst and most stupid banking apps in Malaysia. And for the app developers, instead of asking here, you should go and apply for a credit card and start using this app as a new customer. The whole process is super stupid. Even after a successful login, after a few weeks, you will be logged out and can't log in again. You need to visit the branch again.

The app is very terrible compared to other banks. I am a new user of UOB bank and not even able to log in into the app itself. Resetting my password for a thousand times but still doesn't work, and I had call the customer services as well as going to the branch, but still not resolved There were users facing the same issues in 2023. It looks like UOB has yet to be able to fix the app after 3 years :) I also bumped into other customers who face the sames issues in the branch :)
