Lousy app, key in login password cannot uppercase, you key in auto will become lowercase, speechless. I choose not activate my new UOB acc, better skip this bank. I log in website page also fail, very bad.

1. How the hell do I find the receipt for my transfer if I missed it earlier?!! FIX YOUR APP. Not even in the freaking web login can download the transaction receipt, how do u even operate as a modern banking if u fail at basic customer service. 2. so called One Bonus Interest persuade me to use my account as salary deposit, 3 months already, and it still didn't detect my salary incoming into the account. What a gimmick

One of the worst banking apps... I got few other banks and always working brilliantly except this dumb app.

Kinda frustrating because online banking/ FPX is always stuck at loading screen or the approval doesn't link with the payment page. PIN/Token never work, always failed too. When I try to pay online, it sends notification for approval but when I click the notification, it is stuck on loading until it's expired and to use UOB access, which needs a lot of time in and out of the app to get the code.
