We had a very hard time connecting our concierge Alexa to our Wi-Fi, so we took it back, and I went online and looked for options for routers for receiving the connection and wanted to add 2.4 to a 5-point router. We are adding dual routers. But I went to set it up before the technician came over and the new Amazon concierge that we bought a week later set up right away immediately no problem to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Love it prefers this over the Echo cuz we can take it outside

Excellent. Never having an Alexa device before the iLive Concierge I read the instructions and had it up and running within minutes. Great app. I love the Alexa mute feature. Learning to use my homes Smart features. It's all good. Having discovered I can link several on my network I plan on buying a couple more and add to this app. Learn to use a product first before you go trashing it. For those of you who are illiterate or too lazy to read instructions there are how to YouTube vids.

Oh man I was frustrated at first because it wasn't letting me hook up Wi-Fi to my phone.so what I did was go into my log files for ilive and deleted them off my phone. Then reinstalled the Ilive app, and it found my speaker and Wi-Fi.

The version 3.0 of this app was 4 stars easy. This app the updated version has not worked at all. Additionally, third party Alexa speakers can now be updated to support Alexa multiroom. These desperately concierge and under counter units desperately need that firmware and if they don't get it the app desperately needs to be updated to actually work. Or versions newer than 3.0 need to be removed from the play store.

Great... 5 years ago. Got an ilive alexa enabled speaker roughly 5 years ago and it was FANTASTIC. Was the best way to take my Amazon Music around the house and in the shower (not waterproof but on the counter). But now.... it's just a Bluetooth speaker with no use of the app. With spectrums routers (dual-band) there is no hope of connecting as iv tried for 2 hours. MAYBE if I bought a separate router that had separated Wi-Fi bands it would work. But as is, it's not recognizing any network.
