Downside, they offer free classes to get you in the door. There are none. It's pretty expensive too. Why does it still have 5 stars? I saw the add-on FB. Free classes at the gym... let's get it!! You sign up to pay A LOT for these "free" classes. You saw the same ad I saw, right? Upside, the people who run the classes and the gym are so nice and supportive and professional that you want to stay and pay, so I did. I would have stayed the year, but my spinal osteoarthritis was too flared up. Go!

Easy to book a class! 2 suggestions: [1] Can we check in 15 min before class instead of 10? Cell phone goes right into a locker when I get there, and I'd rather not delay my pre-class warm-up. [2] Any chance of compiling a list of songs which played during classes?

This is the best workout ever. The staff here are fun, knowledgeable, caring, supportive and always encouraging even when I hate doing burpees I am so lucky to have found this place with this fantastic and awesome staff. I do enjoy coming. So much, so I changed my membership to the unlimited plan Thanks to all for being wonderful in every way .... Even Sebastian who I know is trying to kill me with his kicks

Worked for a few weeks, but now no longer shows classes. Can no longer book classes in the app, please fix. It's been weeks.

I'm not sure if others have the same issue, but I have to restart my phone every single time that I go into the app to do anything. Once I restart my phone then get into the app, I can schedule classes and see my profile fine. But if I go to my home screen or another app then try to get into this app again, it doesn't work, and I have to restart my phone again. Been like this for a month now.

Considering we have to use this to book. It's crazy that it constantly crashes and gives you no option other than FB messaging the ILK team and hoping they can grab the class for you. Nonstop issues.
