The design of the app is simple, uncluttered and easy to use. However, I think there are some changes that could be made that would improve functionality and ease of use. In the "book" tab the only way to filter activities is by instructor, you should be able to filter by type of activity. In the "more" tab the facility hours should be listed and there should be a button that links directly to the web page where the aquatics, group fitness and gym schedules are, rather than just "visit website."

Can't even log in. Everything works fine for me when I log in on the regular website, but this app constantly tells me my password or email is incorrect. Based on the other reviews this app seems very problematic and pretty much useless. This is unfortunate because the YMCA staff direct you to it to book classes.

The app doesn't work as intended. Classes with availability are greyed out while classes that are full are clickable. I can log in on the app but trying to log in on the website gives a 'The email and password you entered don't match' error so there is no way to successfully book a class without asking someone at reception to do it for you.

I booked 2 classes using a web browser but when I go to the app it says nothing booked. Also that classes can't be booked online when I just booked 2 using web browser.
