Pathetic service! Took 3 days to issue me a replacement (rent a car) for the insurance I have with Noor Takaful. The reason I was given is "we don't have cars available". We paid extra premium choosing this ad-on in vehicle insurance policy and at the end we get such kind of excuses.

Booked a replacement car for 10 am on 16.02.2021. I am still here waiting for the car at 11:30 am. After 4–5 calls to imc helpline, got a call from rent a car company. When asked about why they were late and why haven't they informed me regarding which car they are bringing, the response was "Just tell me if u need the car or not" !!!. Wonderful and great customer service. Finally, gave a call to the help desk of imc at 11 am, and they told me they will call me back after fetching
