Incoming call not working when my phone screen is off I have LG g3 phone. I use phone app on my mobile data. But when my phone screen is off, or I close phone app. I am unable to get incoming phone call in my app. I contact with impact connect technician. But he is unable to help me to solve this problem. My previous company app was working with my mobile data. That's why I give one star for this app.

Not Recommended Unless YOU Want to Throw Away Money! This app is a trap game... Watch for the service bait and switch. You are told to download the app and use it with your plan. Doing so causes you to incur their standard charges. Also, One Touch service doesn't work as advertised. Therefore, the app is useless. You are better off with any other VOIP service. How can you use a preferred Wi-Fi network when most networks require a SSID? The app never prompts you to enter one nor does it show you available networks... So guess what that means? Your data?
