★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever. Cannot see my claims most if not all the functions do not work. And when you go online to talk to a consultant they are not much help either. Do better Imperial Med!

★★☆☆☆ The app is the worst I have ever used. Most time you have to enter your password more than 3 times before you can log in. It would be helpful to be able to check on the app to see which self meds the scheme will pay for instead of getting disappointed at the counter when you try to purchase.😒 The password reset procedure is the worst. Give admin rights to the principal member so that dependants don't have to call or send emails that come back with useless responses.
