Your agents are disrespectful and insults customers, I introduced someone to this app and on the first attend She got disrespected:-Below is the text from your agents sent on 30th August time 12:47 the client received the money on the 24th August 2026 Text from Agents-; Spam Alert:Please comply and do what is necessary by clearing the loan as soon as possible for the sake of peace and respect or else you will blame yourself remember that ignorance has no defense. Lmpiya loans are only valid for 5 day.

Imagine on my First Day of the Loan being OverDue am I being given a time frame on what time I should pay it back and being threatened with Family members being thrown into a WhatsApp group to pay off the Debt, mind you I have never overdrawn the debt period or being late to repay any loan this has been the worst experience I have ever received.

Terrible loan periods. Fixed at 7 days and the debt collecting call center operators are so disrespectful from how they address you to disturbing you during working hours and making threats DAYS before the due day. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very good app and convenient way of borrowing money. However, the following are my concerns 1. Very foolish and uncultured agents who insult the same people they call their customers. It makes us wonder what type of families they come from and their level of education. 2. Very high interest rate given out for a small period of time - 7 days. The pressure felt when paying back is actually far greater than the pressure which forces one to borrow. The best is to stop it. It's actually inhuman.

They start to spam you two days after you get a loan. If you value your sanity, don't borrow from them.
