Imagine on my First Day of the Loan being OverDue am I being given a time frame on what time I should pay it back and being threatened with Family members being thrown into a WhatsApp group to pay off the Debt, mind you I have never overdrawn the debt period or being late to repay any loan this has been the worst experience I have ever received.

These people can insult, threaten u with words like (I'll block your nrc) when u just skip an hour from your due date, they shout a lot and are sassy, they don't even care that u have been a great customer and u just delayed due to funds awe mwandi, I highly don't recommend this app, it's a scam ... u credit 500 they give u a 324 and u have to pay a 500 back if u delay by a day, they insult

Terrible loan periods. Fixed at 7 days and the debt collecting call center operators are so disrespectful from how they address you to disturbing you during working hours and making threats DAYS before the due day. Absolutely ridiculous.
