IMT Agents can use IMT Link to perform the following functions: - Perform a customer search of your insureds - Access your insured’s policy declarations - Submit photos to Underwriting - View details of your insured’s claims - Review your Agency’s new, open, and closed claims, as well as recent payments - Communicate with the IMT Adjuster assigned to a claim - Contact your IMT representatives from the customized directory - View a snapshot of your insured’s billing information - Submit payments on behalf of your insureds
