IN TRUTH

Ever wondered what really influences how you feel each day? IN TRUTH helps you discover the connection between your daily experiences and your emotional patterns through simple daily journaling.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Journal Your Day

Take a moment each day to reflect on your experiences. Write about what happened, how you felt, and what stood out. Our intelligent analysis identifies the emotions in your entries.

2. Add Your Garmin for Deeper Insights

Own a Garmin watch? Connect it to enrich your experience. IN TRUTH syncs your activity data in the background, giving you a fuller picture of your day. No Garmin? No problem — journaling alone delivers powerful insights.

3. Discover Your Patterns

IN TRUTH reveals meaningful connections between your daily rhythms and emotional patterns over time.
