The denied warranty with reason that cockroaches caused issue, Whereas device inner build quality is very low that it allows cockroaches to enter in and play on pcb, whereas I cannot open the device to clean internally as it may Lamar warranty, As per the service center I should sit next to food processor and ask cockroaches not to enter in. I had been asked to pay for the part

I'm extremely disappointed with Inalsa Vacuum Cleaner. Despite being within the warranty period, the company failed to provide the product or replace it as promised. The lack of customer supports and unprofessional handling of warranty claims is unacceptable. The vacuum cleaner itself had poor suction power and frequent clogging issues. However, the real issue lies in the company's after-sales service. I would not recommend Inalsa to anyone until they improve their warranty policies and customer
