App does not allow you to pay anything up to amount due, even though your average plan is higher. Why bother either using the app to pay your average billing plan or to have an average plan if you want to use the app. Geez....

Useless. The app states different from online when checking scheduled power outages. What, you think it can trust then for those non-scheduled outages? Can't even get it right. Just another POS app development instead of hiring humans to answer the phone. Just shaking my head and laughing at it all. Great job IID, now why not invest in providing customers with real customer service.

Worst energy company you'll ever have to do business with, it's obvious they invested in desert cities cause some investors thought to bank off sending Palm Springs a $500 bill monthly. They have no regional office in the community they service, 3rd party fees to process payments, no notice before termination, no programs in emergency situations, very rude staff, and long wait times over the phone, sign up for energy assistance, and they call to ask the stupid question before processing it
