Comments on IID Customer Connect for Android

★★★★☆ Polly Wayne · Mar 18, 2023

I was very happy with this app up until we experienced a power outage (now) and they can't give us an estimate of when the power will be back on! A bit frustrated to say the least!

★★★★★ Denise D McIlwaine · May 3, 2025

I use this to pay my bill, and it does what I need it to do. I am glad to not be mailing checks once a month.

★★★★★ DAVID P REAGLE · Apr 11, 2023

Easy way to log in, pay your bill, update information, find your monthly average usage for the past year if considering paying the average cost to avoid a high summer bill.

★☆☆☆☆ Customer Support · Oct 26, 2024

Worst energy company you'll ever have to do business with, it's obvious they invested in desert cities cause some investors thought to bank off sending Palm Springs a $500 bill monthly. They have no regional office in the community they service, 3rd party fees to process payments, no notice before termination, no programs in emergency situations, very rude staff, and long wait times over the phone, sign up for energy assistance, and they call to ask the stupid question before processing it

Stop asking me to rate your app when I'm typing to USE your app 😡

★☆☆☆☆ Ron Stovall · Nov 12, 2024

This app does not verify my account # This app can't verify my account #

★☆☆☆☆ Richard Delgado · Apr 14, 2023

App does not allow you to pay anything up to amount due, even though your average plan is higher. Why bother either using the app to pay your average billing plan or to have an average plan if you want to use the app. Geez....

★★☆☆☆ Darryl Manco · Jan 2, 2025

Useless. The app states different from online when checking scheduled power outages. What, you think it can trust then for those non-scheduled outages? Can't even get it right. Just another POS app development instead of hiring humans to answer the phone. Just shaking my head and laughing at it all. Great job IID, now why not invest in providing customers with real customer service.
