I usually love Inbox dollars, but I'm currently frustrated with non-payment of goals I achieved in game. I was supposed to hit lvl 20 by this afternoon (May 18th) to achieve a $5 payout, I hit it on May 5th & it still shows not achieved. There was also a bonus goal of $7 if I hit lvl 25 by this afternoon (which I did) but they are both showing not achieved & now expired. I can't find anyway to contact them to submit this concern, so I'm posting it here in hopes something can be done.

It's pretty straight up. You do the task and get paid. My one major issue is the fact that u take a survey to have them tell u that you don't qualify for that survey, but it says b honest ok how u know unless it remembers what I wrote for my profile soo, umm y don't it match me for the surveys I already qualify for? That'sY I don't try the surveys anymore. I normally click once a day 4 the learn and earn but for some reason, I can't read the whole question, and I can't submit the answer.

***Attention anyone else gets blocked after they cashed out!!! This should be illegal. I have participated in other survey apps and never experienced anything like this I cashed out for $15.00, and then I realized they have 10 businesses days to pay not including weekends or holidays. So after 8 days I am locked out of account and can't get in. I then am informed to receive payment you have to be active every day. I investigate, and I have 39 other people who experienced the same thing.smh

They will waste your time and effort, Don't waste your time with them. I downloaded inbox dollars and set up an account last year, decided to try them this month after three weeks of putting my time and working hard, I decided to withdrawal $25, and I got a processing email, after 4 hours I was not able to log in with a prompt showing my account has been suspended and deactivated. They make you take the surveys and the day you finally try to cash out, they will deactivate your account.
