I usually love Inbox dollars, but I'm currently frustrated with non-payment of goals I achieved in game. I was supposed to hit lvl 20 by this afternoon (May 18th) to achieve a $5 payout, I hit it on May 5th & it still shows not achieved. There was also a bonus goal of $7 if I hit lvl 25 by this afternoon (which I did) but they are both showing not achieved & now expired. I can't find anyway to contact them to submit this concern, so I'm posting it here in hopes something can be done.

This is a legit app, I've been playing games through Inbox Dollars for years. You're not going to get rich from it, but it does help with being able to either cash out through your PayPal or to get gift cards for numerous shops, restaurants, etc. One particular store that I shop frequently online is easier with the gift cards that I get through playing games and accumulating actual money through Inbox Dollars.

They will waste your time and effort, Don't waste your time with them. I downloaded inbox dollars and set up an account last year, decided to try them this month after three weeks of putting my time and working hard, I decided to withdrawal $25, and I got a processing email, after 4 hours I was not able to log in with a prompt showing my account has been suspended and deactivated. They make you take the surveys and the day you finally try to cash out, they will deactivate your account.

It used to be fun. It used to be that u got 1 or 2 cents from confirming emails, and now confirming emails takes u to links that are unsafe and the scratch cards are gone. Reciepts scanned half the time don't even show, and alot of the time u cant cash out. what's even the point anymore? Even surveys say don't qualify almost every time. Takes forever to get $2 minimum even scanning the max amount of daily receipts u can scan. The fun seems to have disappeared.

1) paid emails do not open up in app, they attempt in a browser which doesn't work well 2) there are biased surveys concerning politics, religion, and income 3) the cash-out restrictions are ridiculous considering other survey apps cash out for a few pennies to PayPal with no restrictions or fees to user 4) the search and earn is busted, can't access it 5) will spend an hour on a survey and be kicked without any compensation 6) won't connect to camera to verify account with DL 7) can't play game
