Would love to give 5 stars review, but past few months been having so many issues with submitting receipts. After taking photos of receipts it keeps coming to same page, page not found. Contacted support multiple times & still NO resolution to issue. Unfortunately, lost so many points due to having a limited time to submit receipts. If I could get actual help with this, continue to earn points then wouldn't mind giving 5 Stars. Love the payout, super easy. Ty & I'm grateful for past rewards though

My Points is a fun way to share my opinions, give feedback on various products and earn points that I can use for gift cards. My only complaint is that sometimes the longer studies with videos will let me get through the survey bit at the very end, go to a broken link, so I end up not getting credit.

Been a my points member for years. Easy to use, this app is Great. I just redeemed my earned points for a $100. Gift card to use for shopping. There are so many stores, hotels too. You will enjoy it.

I have been using My Points since the 90s and have been very satisfied with the site. This review is only for the mobile app. I have a Galaxy S22Utra, been installing, uninstalling, clearing app cache and still getting frustrated. Problem: open app, go to magic receipts, open my list, choose submit receipt, pick the store, take a picture. Then the app goes back to the magic receipts page. Instead of going here the app is supposed to review the pic and allow to submit. Then I get an oops.

It no longer lets you see the points' ledger in the app. You get an error screen with a link that takes you to the desktop version, where you can access the ledger, but you lose the other functionality of the app. I believe this has been since the last update, but I'm not sure of the timing.

They sure don't like to credit for shopping through their site! A battle toi get points sometimes! Surveys take too long, low points or bounce you before completion.
