Watch out for the bogus policy. Allegedly you have to confirm a shift that you requested, yet I was penalized for 2 shifts that was not confirmed, which means they should have been cancelled automatically within the app, but that didn't happen. And now my account could be banned because of their false policy

They banned my app because I transferred to a better and closer job it wasn't my fault Johnathan didn't like his coworkers the team tried to help me but indeed flex considered otherwise even though I was a great fit for Asurion u can't even appeal the app. Try Variable you will thank me later🫡

WARNING: DO NOT—I repeat, DO NOT—sign up for Indeed Flex. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a temp agency, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stable or reliable work, Lastly, I was wrongfully terminated due to system errors. After switching positions, my schedule was not updated properly, and I was marked late for shifts I was not scheduled to work. Although the issue was fixed once, it happened again, and I was terminated because of it.
