MyWorkChoice has given me the best shift gigs of all the gig apps I've downloaded. The job is better than all the others, and they give the highest pay too. The businesses that hire through MyWorkChoice are higher caliber corporations than the other apps. I am always proud to tell people where I work. Happy with this app. It takes weeks for the background check to clear (because the companies they are in contract with are very thorough), but it is worth the wait.

So there are only two companies to choose from within 100 miles of Los Angeles, CA. If you're looking to find something that's both permanent and flexible you probably won't find it here. However, this is a great option for seasonal work as a side gig for extra cash. The company and bonuses I was able to work for were great! I loved being able to build my own shifts two weeks in advance. Pay was also excellent.

More workers than jobs. You have 150 employees and only 1 place that 32 people can work at. They need to get more customers here in Reno instead of just one. So my choice here in Reno is just a summer job if you need temporary work.

It was decent pay but with being able to pick shifts it was nice, however, while your training you can't pick shifts, it's set for you, do 20 hours after the training then they force you to do more training or lock out your account, I was ok with it even though I felt it was a little misleading, I was on my way in for my second day of training, got a flat tire, so I dropped the shift in the app as instructed to do, and was told I couldn't work for that client anymore, so I deleted it
