Never expect you to get the full amount security deposit back. We cannot take them back to the car with full tank fuel, we can only provide what fuel was available when they provided the car.

Poor customer service. Have to call multiple times for everything after sales. Final invoice and refund of deposit and petrol for exchanged cars not received even after multiple chasers. Original car was in bad condition that was exchanged with an almost new car, so no issues there. App does not show accurate and latest financial information.

Experience with indusGo at calicut was very disappointing. The customer support is extremely poor and the refund process is not handled timely manner (required several phone calls to their customer service)Additional filled fuel from my side actual cost(1500 rupees)not refunded (only 318 rupees refunded). Vehicles appear to have been previously accidents, and the overall quality is poor (AC, driving comfort and interior cleaning are below expectation) The service is unsatisfactory, not recommending.
