★★☆☆☆ Very unprofessional for an insurance company like Infinity to have an app constantly crashing the second you try to log in. How did this even get past testing?

★★☆☆☆ This is a horrible app. The old one was much better. Really what made them think this one is better. Like when I make a payment all it does is tell me to pay the full amount not the monthly amount I've been giving for the past years I had this insurance. Please fix the whole app but also when you give a payment give us the option to pay the monthly payments not the full amount we owe. Plus the whole layout of this app is really bad.

★★☆☆☆ Your app doesn't work at all. I already have an account and have paid online since I became a member and now that I downloaded and deleted the old app I can't log in. Fix your app before exposing it to customers. Switching insurance as soon as I can.
