Love the app! Very convenient to use on the go and very handy with saving lessons and accessing word bank. The website is slightly better as you have access to the Languages dictionaries and access to more resources offered for learning characters such as Hangul or Hiragana. Still recommend grabbing the app when you want on the go access to the classes!

Teachers are not helpful and lazy. My urdu teacher told me badmaash mean bastard which is wrong. She also was angry all tge time and compared me to another one of her students and said that student is better than I am; even though I was paying for 5 years. I think she was there to demotivate me instead of helping. She was lazy as she only said to partot her and not actually learn. She also got angry when I was practicing the Natalie script and kept telling me that i don't know.

I used it to try the Japanese lessons only, I got a paid subscription for a month. There's a lot of content only for the most expensive subscription, so I spent a lot of time searching for things I could actually access, to the point I gave up some days. The website was saying we could get free stuff like a kanji ebook but the link from the email after purchase never worked. It was a very disappointing experience...

Everytime I try to sign up a message comes up saying connect to Internet. I am connected though. Really frustrating as I want to use this app but cannot. So I cannot sign up and can't get to the next step. My Internet is working so it's a problem with your app. Thanks for responding, I've tried that 3 times. It gets up to the part where I choose easy number 1 and press ok. then it says check Internet connection. Still no joy. it's linked to Thai Language.
