I had problem with the App connecting to my G5 replacement. I talked to several customer service personal. I finally found out from the last person I talk to there is a glitch in Version 2.0. There is a new version that should be out on March 9th.

Don't know what the deal is Imogen but your app doesn't seem to want to connect when it decides not to. Why purchase something that isn't going to work? Why download apps if they're not going to work faithfully?

No instructions for turning Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. No YouTube videos concerning the app and connecting with the device. Sad when this should be the easiest way to load the device on to the patient portal.

It's just a gateway to their online store. Totally useless for anything other than reading battery level and 1-6 pulse setting. Good luck getting even that. You have to jump through a three-tiered security check just to get those readings; provided your Wi-Fi, cell data, email, and Bluetooth are ALL working at the time. Overpriced oxygen concentrator. NOISY concentrator. Worthless app -- unless you are a sales department hellbent on selling more overpriced stuff. (Disappointed Imogen owner.)

For those receiving message POC is already paired, you can unpair on the POC. With the POC plugged in to ac power and off, press the + and - and bell at the same time for a few seconds and a phone image with x through should appear on display. On phone go to settings->apps->Imogen->clear storage. You should now be able to enter provider code and pair again. This only unpairs the app and POC. See my history for my review of this update.
