Honestly, this app changed my life. So many people talk about the benefits of meditation, but this is the only app/youtube/playlist that I could get into. The series teach you not just about the different types of meditation but also what they're for. There's also quick breathers (3-5 min) that have helped me avoid panic attacks. Of course, the whole thing isn't free, but after doing the free trial, I went for premium, and my mental health thanks me.

The app doesn't play sound, stops/pauses immediately, crashes, and disconnects headphones from Bluetooth. I unistalled/reinstalled several times, cleared phone cache, altered app settings, and meditated on the app's recovery. Ok, not that. I, did, however, write to the developer/studio, saying I was also interested in joining the studio, so especially intrigued by the app. I got no response. Deep breath, Moving on...
