All the issues appear to have been resolved, and the app seems to have a little better response time.

Nice app but a few issues. It worked well with my LG X Charge, but with my Essential PH-1, phone it keeps logging off when I try to upload a picture with my camera. I would have to take the picture with the camera, outside the app, then log into the append then upload the picture from the phone...

It has some rough spots (all apps do), but for what it needs to do, it gets the job done. In the rare case it gets confused, kill it and restart. That's life.

This app SUX. Takes forever to load and when it does. It does not populate any information. Don't know why companies use this. The app is 100% complete garbage.

Insight is obnoxious for making techs use a second application on top of the platform they hire you from which has all the same functionality. This app doesn't even work.

Have to Uninstall and reinstall every time I open the app to see work orders. Very time-consuming. Please fix this insight.

App hangs up constantly, has to be refreshed frequently and does not work well with posting/downloading other documents with the platform. Btw the App says it downloads to ALL platforms, it DOES NOT. The App also claims that other Apps easily interface with Field Power, It DOES NOT! The posting of updates with other Apps is next to non-existent making WOs that much more difficult to facilitate.
