This app and the scales that it works with are sensational. Being able to track my metrics throughout a year and see major changes as a result of following and active exercise and calorie controlled diet is really helpful in keeping me on track, great investment! Recently the graphs have been made better with the additions of data points. I'd love to see a trend line, future predictions, more info (and granularity) about visceral fat though as for me this barely changed despite losing >10% fat.

After 9 months the app stopped registering my weight - no ping and logging of data via Bluetooth. I sent messages to Support via link in app but no response at all - what is the point of having the' Contact Support' link if no one replies to problems? The scales still seem to weigh accurately, although the estimates of fat, muscle etc. are clearly based on algorithms, but all this information is now lost and the scales no longer link to Google Health etc. Very disappointed.

It's either the scales or this App, that's way off on the stats and weight! I'm a personal trainer I train 3 to 4 times a week, I used to be overweight 4 years ago before becoming a PT. I'm 46 years old 5'9 in hight, quite lean with muscle but a little fat around the mid-section aka (stubborn fat) just a pinch but not much. So according to the app my body age is of a 54-year-old, bmi 33.4, Visceral Fat at 15% that was the shocker no way that's true lol I'll reset it all start again?

doesn't show my bone mass body fat muscle mass only show my weight. Wasted my money on this scale. don't buy it's a scam

Help me I cannot press the measure button, and I'm stuck at "Click the Measure Button to weigh directly! Come and experience it" part of the app. Like I legit cannot press the measure button please fix this
